          Discrimination towards women, is one of the most pervasive human rights violations. It severely limits the ability of women, girls and the communities they live in to protect and promote their health.
          Genuine equality between women and men, girls and boys can only be realized in the process of a just, fair and humane transformation of our society as a whole.Everyone of us have our own rights.We have the right to respect but respect them first.We are all equally entitled to our rights without discrimination.There's need for us to unite and enable women to take their rightful.There is need to educate ourselves and others to take a more correct view of women  in all our institutions - the Church, state and family.
              So let us think wise and don't underestimate the girls.God created us equal .

Keeping in Mind our Mother Tongue

          Today we are all witnessing an aspect of globalization which is the increasing movement of people.Whatever the reason, living in another country affects one’s mother tongue. 

          Mother Tongue is our first language or this is our native language. It’s a duty and responsibility to preserve it and pass it down from generation to generatiion. Mother language has a very powerful impact in the formation of the individual.Since we are child we had now our language. Our first language, the beautiful sounds of which one hears and gets familiar with before being born while in the womb.

          Speaking is learning.Use our own language because if we don't use it maybe other language maybe we can pronounce.So let us use our own Language.

Responding to Climate Change

          Nowadays the world is becoming hotter and hotter.The ozone layer is becoming thinner and thinner.The world is becoming worst and if we cannot do a solution maybe the world will end so lets prevent this.Why there were changes on Earth Surface.What does a Climate Change all about?What are the effects of this in the living planet called Earth?

          Climate Change is a significant and lasting change in the statistical distribution of weather pattern over periods ranging from decades to million of years.It maybe a change in weather condition.It may occur across the whole Earth.It affects more than just a change in the weather and refers to seasonal changes over a long period of time.It can affect many related aspects of where and how people,plants and animals live such as food production,availability and use of water and health risks.Worldwide,people are paying serious attention to Climate Change.Some country are already disrupting our environment,economy and communities especially in Washington D.C.

           We can help slow it down,but we must take action now before it can destroy the Earth.Avoid burning plastics and buried them properly. 

Promoting Digital Literacy through English Proficiency

          Nowadays technology plays an important role in making a better world.In this generation we are now living in a modern technology.Digital literacy is the ability to locate, organize, understand, evaluate, and analyze information using digital technology. It involves a working knowledge of current high-technology, and an understanding of how it can be used.We can communicate and work more efficiently through using digital literacy.
          Digital literacy helps us to understand many things that we didn't know.By using this we understand what others talking all about.Laptops,cellphones and other gadgets are very useful especially to us as a youth.We can make our projects or assignment easily.
          Let us promote Digital Literacy one's through English Proficiency.Use it properly. 

CHEMERGY:Chemistry and Science Clubbing in Synergy

               In our daily lives we are using different things that made up of chemicals and etc.The theme for this year is “Chemergy:Chemistry and Science Clubbing in Synergy.This promotes the combination of chemistry together with science.Chemistry is a branch of science that deals with the study of chemicals.While science is a systematized body of knowledge and it has played a role in this world to the people.The combination of two or more things is called Synergy.

               Chemistry is sometimes called as the “Central Science”because it connects physics and other natural sciences.If we combine  chemistry and science they can do something that they cannot do when they’re separate. Chemistry is one field in science that’s very useful in almost all fields of development. We need a understanding of chemistry if we are to make significant advancements. Chemistry is the language of our development.  

               So let us think wise.Use chemicals properly because if we can accidentally use it wrong many people will suffer from diseases that can cause death.

Teachers are the Best!!

            Many of us consider ourselves lucky because we have a great teachers.What comes to our mind when we heard the word teacher?Of course,they are the persons who teach students at the school.Some cannot forget their teachers because they are role as our second parents.Who do we think did efforts to us to study and who make sacrifices to us to gain more knowledge?Of course our teacher from ELEMENTARY,now in SECONDARY and when we are in COLLEGE.

             Nurses,Doctors,Dentists,Engineers are only examples of professionals.The teachers teach them with their best.Our teachers never give up and they will never stop to fill us with knowledge.They are always there to help us when our grades become low.They do all what they can do for us.They never treats students as a foe.They are always our best friends.You are all nice Teachers because you do many things to us and if you're not here, no professionals are now in this world.Everyday you teaches us and everyday we have learned a new lesson.You sleep at night very late to sacrifice to do your own lesson plan.

              Thank you for your patients.You are our inspiration to reach our Dreams.Thank you very much for all your efforts and sacrifices.For me,you are all best "My Teacher,My Hero".

My New Hero

               All of us know about a Hero.But my hero does not have any super power like wonderwoman and superman.My hero is kind,generous and many more.What is a hero for you and what are the rules in your life.Is she/he have any powers?
              For me a hero does not have powers.He/She can't fly.My hero is my Mother.She cannot fly but she can do many things.She can cook,she can take care of us and she can guide me wherever I am.I told that my Mother is my Hero because she is my inspiration and my admirer to reach my ambitions.Someday if my Hero become old I will do her rules for her.I will change all the sacrifices that she gave and do to me.She does not have any powers and her rules to my life is when she take care of me and guide me.
               That's what a Hero for me.Whether she have any powers she can save life of a human.Thank you Lord because you gave me a Hero that I will never forget.

SONA(State of the Nation Address )of President Benigno "noynoy" Aquino III

          Just like political tycoons who attended and watch the 2nd SONA of Pnoy,everyone has their own reaction on the lack or completeness of Pres.Aquino speech.I hope you would fulfill all your promises for 6 years being the President of the Philippines.Give Pnoy time to prove his potential as a President of this nation.Last July 25,2011 President Aquino again told his plan to our country.

          In the SONA of President Aquino he continued against his government issue of corruption,increasing the credit rating of the country,reducing the number of hungry Filipinos and where did the PAGCOR  put the fund at the amount of 1billion pesos.I hope Pnoy can fight these problems of our country through the help of the other people.I know he can do this because I believe that "If you make a promises,you can do this".This is only a challenge that God gave to Pnoy and Pnoy will prove that he can do his responsibilities.

           For me ,the SONA of president is true.Give him more time to do this because one year is no enough and he has still 5 years to do his responsibilities as a President of the Philippines.

Isulong ang Breastfeeding-Tama, Sapat at Eksklusibo

          Every year in the month of July,the whole nation observes the nutrition month purposely to disseminate messages of good nutrition to all Filipinos.The theme for this year is "Isulong ang Breastfeeding-Tama, Sapat at Eksklusibo"fucoses on the promotion of breastfeeding for the babies.The objective of this Nutritional Month is to encourage the society to promote,protect and support proper breastfeding.

          Human breast milk is the healthiest and nutritious form of milk for the babies.Breastfeeding helps to prevent diseases.Breast milk is made from nutrients of the mother.It has the right amount of fat,water,sugar and protein that the babies needed for their proper growth and development.

          So this is all about the breastfeeding.Help it to promote,protect and support proper breastfeeding to save the lives of many new born baby in our world.If we don't promote breasfeeding properly many babies will suffer diseases that can cause death.

A LETTER TO P-NOY,PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES

Dear Mr.President,

           First of all I would like to greet you a pleasant morning .Im hoping that you will read my simple letter coming from my heart.

           We all know that our country have a lot of problems.One of the problem is POVERTY.Many of us suffering from this.To remove this problem give more job to our  country.Visits all the poor people in our country support them and give them good needs.I believe that you will do more projects.Most of us are not eating three times a day because of this poverty.Help us to improve our country..:)
